Challaine’s aspiration to help others to reach their goals and dreams in the fitness industry has transcended beautifully into her career change into property maintenance. At the end of the day, Challaine is one to serve and continues to help others maintain their dreams and vision for the place they call “home.”
John has a sincere passion and care for his clients- past, present and future. After a decade + experience John gives thanks to all of those who have allowed him to work on their properties and thanks to them for their continued support year after year as he continues to build his family-owned and operated legacy.

Fast forward to 2020 when Challaine was pregnant with her 3rd child. She began designing the back end of Custom Interiors Canada. The advertising components and legal jargon needed to be up to par in order to launch. Baby 3 was born in March of 2021 and Challaine’s brainchild of the interior residential cleaning component to our expanding group of companies was born June 2021.
We have found that being a one stop shop for our community has been welcomed by so many. They love the convenience of working with one group of companies which is essentially a family, not a couple of major corporate conglomerates who put profits before people, who lack communication, efficiency and pride.
